Researching and comparing existing logos

This logo is very clear and simple, and the range of colours make it seem more high end. The leaf in somewhat similar to the design that I am working on, in the sense that it is incorporated into the text of the logo, rather than having it as an extra piece.

I like this logo because of the colours that have been used and the simplicity of the logo itself. The colours are not too bold and remind me of spices, however, the actual shape of the logo reminds me more of a genie lamp than a teapot or leaf.

I like this logo because it look simple and yet has is very eye catching because of the vibrant colours and the elegant pattern behind the text. The text is very clear and the font looks very appealing to me.

I like this design because of the simplicity of it, and yet how it looks so put together and elegant and more complicated than it is. I like the range of colours as it remind me of different types of tea.
The font in very clear and eye-catching because it is set apart from the design.

I like the simplicity and fluidity of the font, however, I feel that it is slightly unclear with some of the letters. The colours used are very nice to look at and give the design more depth. The actual design next to the font is very simple, and follows the same cloud scheme as the text. The gradient of colour in both the design and the text give the design more depth than flat colours.

My Designs:

My design, while not completed, is following a theme of leaves or nature so that it relates somehow to my product. The idea of using leaves came from the fact that my product is tea, which is made up of tea leaves. Looking at different logos and sketching my own based upon what I feel I can do is helping me to evolve my logo from simple text to something more intricate and professional looking.

While none of these logos have anything to do with the product I am making a logo for, they all include an element of what I am looking for in terms of design. Each of these designs includes in relation to leaves, and so it will help me to expand my idea and develop my logo.
